LINE MAINTENANCE
We offer First Class Line Maintenance Services and a 24/7 AOG support team. The maintenance of the aircraft will be carried out in a dedicated hangar facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and jigs to facilitate major checks. We ensure that the aircraft is properly maintained by qualified engineers in compliance with the requirements of the approved maintenance program, using a Civil Aviation Authority certified maintenance facility for routine checks, servicing, and repair.
SUPPLY & STORAGE
AFMEL can access spare parts from centralized vendors for any type of aircraft. Handling and storage of special tooling, engine oil, fluids, dangerous goods storage, and other items can be accommodated.
AVIONICS
Our avionics specialists are available to inspect, install, troubleshoot, service, modify, and repair virtually any type of avionics equipment your aircraft might have fitted. Flight Management Systems, Cockpit Voice and Flight Data Recorders, ELT's Sat-phones, or adding a GPS or cabin intercom system can be installed or repaired by our Company.
X-RAY
With our x-ray equipment, we offer the following services and benefits unlike most others like:
- Non-destructive testing methods
- Radiographic testing
provides a permanent visual record of defects for possible future use. It can also be used to determine crack growth for use in fracture machines to determine critical flaws size in particular component e.g. wings integral fuel tanks, control surfaces and other areas of suspected corrosion prone areas and delamination of bonded structures.
NDT
In our Maintenance organization, we also offer Eddy Current services which are used to carry out non-destructive tests such as wheels, landing gear structs, propellers, airframes, hubs and engine components and other parts for flaws such as cracks, fatigue or corrosion in aluminum and steel alloys.
UPHOLSTERY
With our state-of-the-art modern sewing machines; Airfirst is ever ready to refurbish a variety of aircraft interior. Our facility is well equipped with highly trained professionals to give customers satisfaction.
